A) Snatch Mobility
– Roll lats, upper back, hips and legs
– Goblet squat with pause + Russian baby makers
– Bench Thoracic extensions + Dead hang strict knee raise
– Overhead squats

B) Paused Snatch Pull
– Pause off floor, at knee, at mid thigh, finish

C) Snatch

– Build to a heavy single (80-90% 1RM)
– Only add weight when mechanics of lift are sound
– Maintain speed

D) Flexibility
