Press in jerk position; 4 reps

*In split jerk stance press bar from shoulder to jerk finish position

C.
Five sets of:

Jerk; 1.1

*Take 10 sec between reps, re-rack the bar; up to 85-90% 1RM; Rest 2 minutes between sets

D.

Five sets of:
Clean; 1.1

*Take 10 sec between reps; up to 85-90% 1RM; Rest 2 minutes between sets
