Overhead Squat; 3 reps

Snatch Balance ; 3 reps

*No racks

B)
Pause Snatch; 2 reps; 5 sets

*Pause at knee

C)
Snatch; 2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

*Build to a weight which is challenging, but where your technique is not compromised

CLEAN & JERK

D)
Clean & Jerk; 2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

*Build to at a weight which is challenging, but where your technique is not compromised

E)
Clean Pull; 2 reps; 3 sets; heavy
