a) Snatch Balance; 3 reps; 4 sets
*No racks
b) High hang snatch; 3 reps; 4 sets
Workout
c) Hang Snatch; 2 reps; 6 sets
d) Snatch Pull; 2 reps; 5 sets
Flexibility
