With a continuous running clock, in teams of 3 for max reps:

3 min: Prowler Push (No weight; for lengths)

3 min: Burpee with jump to rig

3 min: Double DB Cluster (2x 20; 2x 15)

3 min: Assault Bike (cal)

3 sets

*One athlete working at a time
*Switch movements every 3 minutes, running clock
