STRENGTH
Every minute for 10 minutes:
Odds – 5 Power Clean
Even – 5 Shoulder to overhead

Add 1 rep to each every round so 3/4 will be 6 reps, 5/6 will be 7 reps etc.
Choose a weight that you can compelte unbroken sets.

MIDLINE
Press-up with rest in top plank
20 sec work; 20 sec rest; 3 sets
Full Rest
15 sec work; 15 sec rest; 3 sets
Full Rest
10 sec work; 10 sec rest; 3 sets
