1) 6 Single Leg Barbell Deadlifts, left
2) 6 Single Leg Barbell Deadlifts, right
3) 25 Single Unders + 5-10 Double Unders

B. 15 minutes to complete: Deadlift to max double, then two sets at 90%

C. AMRAP 14:
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings, heavy
10 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
