In COUPLES complete the following in order, for time:

Warm up
Wheel barrow; 2 lengths each
Partner carry; 2 lengths each
Burpee broad jump; 2 lengths each
2 sets

Workout
Complete:
200 Sit-ups (foot anchored by partner, split reps as required)
1 set

then

Alternate sets of:
30 Double-Unders
300m Run
3 sets each

then

Alternate sets of:
10 Plate overhead lunges (20/15)
10 Plate burpees
5 sets each

then

Alternate sets of:
10 Plate GTOH (20/15)
10 Air squats
7 sets each
