As a COUPLE complete:

Buy in: Accumulate 3 minutes in a handstand hold

10 sets – 5 Pull-ups + 5 Toes to Bar
10 sets – 7 KB Swings, 24/16 + 7 Box Jump Overs, 20″
10 sets – 9 Plate Lunges, 20/15 + 9 Sit-ups
10 sets – 12 Plate GTOH, 20/15 + 12 Air Squats

Cash out: 66 Burpees to plate

RULES
Partner supported handstand hold (Rx+ for freestanding holds)
In each of the rounds, one person completes a set before switching with partner
