Squat Clean & 2 Jerk

Bi) Bench Press
5 sets to build to heavy triple
then @ 90% 3-3-3

Bii) After each set complete one of the following:
1 Legless Rope Climb/4 Rope pull-ups (2 left/2 right)/6 Floor rope pulls
