Warm-up
10-12 Cuban + Wall Slide
6-8 Slow Hindu Press-ups
10-12 Wall Squats

Partner Mobility:
Thoracic bench dip
Overhead squat hold (PVC)

Power

Power Snatch preparation

Every minute for 8 minutes:
Power Snatch; 5 reps

Capacity
50-40-30-20-10 – Double-unders

25-20-15-10-5 – Burpees

10-8-6-4-2 – Overhead Squat (40/25)

*50 DU + 25 Burpee + 10 OHS; 40 DU + 20 Burpee + 8 OHS etc…
