Take 5 sets to establish a heavy single Bench Press

then complete 3 sets max effort @ 65% of the single

B)
For time:

Double KB Clean + Jerk (2x 24/16); 6 reps
Toes-to-bar; 8 reps
Double-under; 30 reps

10 rounds

*KB clean + jerk does not need to touch the floor each rep, it is a double KB swing to rack then a push jerk.
