BODYWEIGHT BONANZA

In teams of 4 complete:

200 Double-unders

100 Pull-ups
200 Press-ups
300 Walk Lunges
400 Squats
300 Sit-ups
200 Box Jumps (20)
100 Toes-to-bar

200 Double-unders

* All of the reps per exercise must be completed before you move on to the next exercise
* Formulate best strategy for dividing reps and transitioning BEFORE you start the workout

Individual Option

100 Double-Unders

50 Pull-ups
100 Press-ups
150 Walking Lunges
300 Air Squats
150 Sit-ups
100 Box Jumps
50 Toes-to-bar
