Part A
On each minute for 8 minutes complete:
1. Romanian Deadlift; 8 reps
2. Horizontal Press; 8-12 reps

*Ring Press-ups/Deficit Press-ups/Press-ups

Part B
On each minute for 8 minutes complete:
1. Overhead Walking Lunges; 12 reps
2. Vertical Pull; 6-10 reps

*Ring Pull-ups/CTB Pull-ups/Strict Pull-ups

Part C
In teams of 3, for 12 minutes:


*split the work load as required for maximum calories
