The Titan Tour 2015 is coming to CrossFit Exe! GB weightlifters, Sonny Webster and Gareth Morgan, will be instructing in a weightlifting workshop and entertaining with some lifting demonstrations. The event is now live on the Front Desk website, 30th January at 17:00, please book your spot ASAP. It costs £15 for entry and all proceeds from the event will go to the Tour charity ‘Help for Heroes’. There are currently 30 spaces available with current members getting first refusal. This promises to be a fantastic evening of weightlifting for a great cause.
