Get warm

Class warm-up
5 OHS with 3 sec pause, 2 sets
5 Snatch Balance, 2 sets
5 Slow Pull Snatch, 2 sets

EMOM 10: Snatch @ 75-85%
*If completed with no fails last week, add 2.5-5kg
If failed last week, stay at same weight or lower

Deadlift; 10 reps; 3 sets
Add 5-10kg from last week

For time:
30 V-ups
40 Tuck-ups
50 Hollow Rocks
60 Plate OH Lunge, 20/15
