*Score is the combined max weight of both lifters max effort
*E.g. Lifter one gets 90kg, lifter two gets 100kg. Score is 190kg.

In a 4 min window establish a max output:
Ground to overhead (choose own weight)
*Score is the total number of reps x the kg on the bar
*E.g. team have 50kg on the bar and complete 30 reps in the 4 minutes. Score is 1500kg.
*Male/Female teams are allowed two bars & two different weights
*Same sex pairs must use one bar and the same weight
