150 Partner Plate GTOH (20/15kg)
300m Team Run
150 Partner Wall Ball (9/6kg)
300m Team Run
150 Partner Alternating Plate Burpees
RULES
*Partner Plate GTOH – 2 people working at once and 1 resting. Both plates must touch the floor at the same time and be in full lockout at the same time. Divide reps and substitute as required.
*Partner Wall Ball – 2 people working at once and 1 resting. A wall ball is completed and tossed to partner who then completes their wall ball and tosses ball back. Ball cannot touch the floor during the 150 reps. Divide reps and substitute as required. In Unit 4, teams will complete Wall Ball shots over the rig to each other.
*Partner Alternating Plate Burpees – 2 people working at once and 1 resting. Complete a burpee with jump to plate, partner then completes their burpee to plate. Divide reps and substitute as required.
*Team Run – all team members complete run out and back to crossroads. As soon as two people are back the next round of exercise can begin.
