Partner up with someone you don’t normally team up with, complete the following for time:

Unit 3
100 Wall Balls (9/6)
90 Box jump overs (20)
80 KB swings (24/16)

800m partner run

Unit 4
80 Pull ups
90 Plate OH Lunge (20/15)
100 Double-unders

*Go in two groups, six teams per group
*Once Group 1 completes the Box Jump Overs, Group 2 can start
*One person working at a time except on run that is completed as a pair
