In teams of 3, for total reps:

10 Deadlift (45/30)
10 STOH (45/30)
10 Front Squats (45/30)
10 Pull-ups
AMRAP Down-ups

Sets:
30 sec set
60 sec set
90 sec set
120 sec set
90 sec set
60 sec set
30 sec set

Here’s how it works…
On ‘Go’ P1 will get 30 sec to get as far through set as possible. On 30 sec, ‘Switch’ will be called, P1 will exit the set and P2 will get 30 sec. When their 30 sec is up, P3 will start the set and get their 30 sec. On the next call of ‘Switch’, P1 will start the set and will have 60 sec to get as far through as possible, ‘Switch’, P2 will get 60 sec etc. This cycle will continue until each person has completed each time period, up and down the ladder. The score will be total reps for the team once all time periods are completed (24 minutes).
