B. In pairs, AMRAP 15

Player 1 –
12 Deadlift
9 Press-ups
6 Hang Power Snatch (40/25)

Player 2 –
Wall Squat Hold

– Player 1 completes one round of exercises while Player 2 holds a Wall Squat (90 degree at knee)
– Players switch once the DL, Press-up and HPS has been completed
– The exercises can only be completed while the other player is in a wall squat hold
