AMRAP 9 minutes:
10 DB Push Press (20/15)
5 Barbell Burpees

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP 9 minutes:
Row 150 Meters
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (heavy)

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP 9 minutes:
10 Shuttle Runs (3m)
15 Ball Slams (9/6)
