In pairs with teams spending 2 minutes at each station:
KB sumo deadlift high pull (24/16)
Burpee box jump (20)
DB push-press (20/15)
Assault bike (cal)
Rest (both rest)
3 rounds for total reps/cals
Players work together to maximise score.
Work can be split as needed i.e. I go, you go; 10 reps each; 60 sec each; 1 station each etc all valid options.
