Block A
90 sec to complete – 10 pull-ups + 10 press-ups + AMRAP Wall Ball (9/6)
One work, one rest then switch
3 sets each
Block B
90 sec to complete – 150m row + 10 Plate GTOH (20/15) + AMRAP down-ups
One work, one rest then switch
3 sets each
Block C
90 sec to complete – 10 DB Snatch (20/15) + 10 Sandbag Lunges + AMRAP Ball Slams
One work, one rest then switch
3 sets each
*Teams can start on any station then move to the next station once they have completed three sets each e.g. A-B-C; B-C-D; C-A-B.
*Each set will take 3 minutes, each block will take 9 minutes, 90 sec transition between each block
