In teams of three, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 Squat Thrust Broad Jump (STBJ)
10 Pull ups
15 Press ups
20 Wall Ball (9/6)
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will complete 5 STBJ, Partner B will perform 10 Pull-Ups, Partner C will perform 15 Press-ups, and Partner A will perform 20 Wall Balls – and so on for 30 minutes.
