In teams of three, complete the following:

24-21-18-15-12-9-6 reps

Hang Power Clean (45/30)
STOH (45/30)
Barbell Burpees

A 300m team run must be completed between each round (6 runs in total)

*One person working at a time on rounds
*All team members complete the run together
*Split the reps as needed between team members
