In teams of 4:

Take 8 minutes to establish a team total in: 1x Push press

Rest 1 minute

Take 8 minutes to establish a team total in: 2x Power Clean

Rest 1 minute

Take 8 minutes to establish a team total: 3x Front Squat

Rest 1 minute

Team time trial:
800m Team Run
60 Synchro Air Squats
60 Synchro Burpees

*On the press and front squat, non-lifting team members can assist in getting the bar to the rack position
*Power cleans are touch and go, you can rest in rack position and/or with bar at hip before completing second rep
