Warm-up

20 minutes warm-up and WOD prep

Workout

In teams of 4:

10 minute team total in:

Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat

*Each athlete will lift a max in the complex. Team total will be four maximum lifts added together.

5 minutes rest, then:

One Mile Relay

100 Air Squats
200 Russian Swings (24/16)
100 Air Squats

One Mile Relay

*Each team member runs 400m at a time
*All squats to be synchro
