1600m Run
100 pull-ups
200 press-ups
300 air squats
1600m Run

*P1 runs 400m, P2 runs 400m, P1 runs 400m, P2 runs 400m
*P1 completes 5 pull-ups, 10 press-ups and 15 squats
*P2 completes 5 pull-ups, 10 press-ups and 15 squats
*Continue for 20 rounds
*P1 & P2 runĀ 1600m together
