*Player 1 runs out and completes 12 deadlifts, runs back and tags Player 2 who runs out and completes their deadlifts. Once all four team members have completed their deadlifts, start the team down ups. Then, player 1 runs out and completes their hang power cleans. Format through the movements until all team mates have completed their final set of deadlifts and team down ups.
*All team mates must be on the floor and standing at the same time for the rep to count
*The final score is the time it takes to complete the full workout
