Back Squat

5 reps @ 45-55%

5 reps @ 55-65%

3 reps @ 65-75%

2 reps @ 75-85%

2 reps @ 80-90%

4-5 reps @ 80-85%
4-5 reps @ 80-85%

C.

Against a 7-minute running clock, complete:


500 Meter Row

As many rounds and reps as possible of:

5 Single Arm Press each arm

10 Box Jump-Overs (24/20)

*Level 2 recommended weights 25/15 kg
*Level 1 scale weight to allow presses to be completed unbroken
