10 Down ups
10 Russian swings
10m handstand walk/20 sec handstand hold

B.

Five sets of:

Seated DB/KB Press; 4-5 reps

*Sit on a bench without back support, hold DB/KB in each hand and press from shoulder to overhead

C.

In teams of two, alternate sets to complete 3 each of:

10 Power Cleans

400 Meter Run

*Level 2 power clean 80/50 kg
*Level 1 power clean scaled to allow reps to be completed with a max of 2 breaks per set
