EMOM 15 minutes of the following complex:
1 Power Clean
2 Front Squats

*Progressive loading of 60-90% Power Clean 1RM
*Only add weight when lift is smooth, fast, stable

3 Push-press
5 sets

*Progressive loading up to 80-90% 1RM Push-Press
