Set up your new account

Please click the link below to set-up your CrossFit Exe Front Desk HQ (FDHQ) account:

FDHQ is the new booking system that will replace MindBody over the next week or two. The new system is much more user friendly and mobile friendly. The FDHQ booking system will be available on the website from the end of this week. In the meantime, please continue to use the existing booking system through the website.

I have set all existing members up with an account with your current membership plan attached. The accounts are associated with the e-mail addresses that you supplied on joining.

Follow the instructions on the above link to set your password and access your account. Once you have accessed your account, please use the ‘manage credit cards’ tab to input a suitable debit/credit card for your membership charge. This is vital to ensure minimum disruption to your membership when it’s time to renew. If you currently pay be cash and would like to continue, no problem, you don’t need to add a card.

You can then update your profile with all your relevant details and attach an appropriate photo. You will also be free to book into relevant classes. As you will see, there is a restructure of class times starting from Monday 13th May, there will be a separate notice posted soon related to this.

If for some reason I do not have your e-mail address or have input the wrong e-mail address, you will need to set-up a new account (click the ‘Need an account?’ tab). I will then merge the account you create with the existing account (with your membership attached) and you will be good to go. Let me know if this is what you had to do and I will process them ASAP.

I hope this runs as smooth as planned, but of course, there are bound to be issues. Don’t panic if things don’t work, just let me know what class you would like to attend and we’ll get it fixed up when you come in.

Thanks for your understanding and sorry for the hassle.
