TEAM WORKOUT

In teams of 4:

1000m Slam Ball Run
60 Slam Ball Squat & Pass
60 Burpee Box Jump Over, alternating
1000m Slam Ball Run
60 Slam Ball Squat & Pass
60 Burpee Box Jump Over, alternating
1000m Slam Ball Run

*Slam Ball Squat Pass – Team members stand on either corner of their box, one person holds the slam ball. All team members perform a squat. At the top of the squat the team member with the slam ball passes it over the box to another team member. That’s one rep. If the ball hits the floor, the team must complete 20 Ball Slams as a penalty before continuing with squats.

*Burpee Box Jump – Team members must each perform a chest to deck burpee in front of the box and either jump over or step up and over the box. Each person must complete their rep in order before starting the next cycle. If the cycle is broken or if a no rep is called, the team must complete 20 Ball Slam as a penalty before continuing with Box Jumps.

*Slam Ball Run – A team run where the ball must be carried the whole way. If the ball hits the floor, the team gets a 20 Ball Slams penalty, which must be completed at gym before starting next set/finishing.
