For time, in teams of 4:

300m relay
While one person runs, one person holds a plank, one person holds bottom of squat, one person rests
Alternate until all four people have completed 300m

300 double-unders
One person working at a time, must sub in whenever a mistake is made

200 partner wall balls (9/6 kg)
Two people working at a time, switch people whenever required
Once started, ball must never touch the floor
If ball touches the floor, 10 team synchro burpees

200 partner wall ball sit-ups (9/6kg)
Two people working at a time, pass the ball to each other on each rep

100 Front Rack Lunges (45/30)
One person working at a time, bar must not touch the floor
If bar touches the floor, 10 team synchro burpees

100 Shoulder to Overhead (45/30)
One person working at a time, bar must not touch the floor
If bar touches the floor, 10 team synchro burpees
