EXE SUMMER COMPETITION
for Hospiscare – Caring in the Heart of Devon

Summer competition taking place around the beautiful Exeter Quayside and along the River Exe. Finishing with a workout at the box. After everyone has returned, BBQ and drinks to say goodbye to all our students heading off into the real world!

Teams of 4 (any male/female mix).The workouts are structured to be fun for all. Great for anyone thinking of giving a competition a go for the first time. A chance for our established members to lead a team. Expect approximately 5-6km of running mixed up with bodyweight ‘mini-workouts’.

£40 entry for the team, all going to Hospiscare! Bring the donation with you or drop it into the box next week.
