In teams of 5, 60 sec each of:
1 – KB Thruster (24/16)
2 – Press-up
3 – Box Step-up & Over (20)
4 – Sit-up
5 – DB Squat Snatch (20/15)
6 – All rest
3 rounds for total reps
*One person starts on each station, rotate every minute
*All rest together
*Alternate every 5 reps on thruster
*Press-ups are hand release
*Two feet must touch top of box on step-ups
*Alternate hands on every squat snatch
