Power Clean + Push Jerk; Build to a heavy triple


C.

Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:

3 Ground to Overhead (60/45)

6 Burpees Over the Barbell

*If you fail to complete the round within the minute, finish all of the repetitions and rest the remainder of the minute you carried over into.

*Restart on the next minute.
