Standards

Row
The erg must be set to zero for each of the 500m rows

Kettlebell swings
Full swings overhead
Kettlebell must pass between legs at bottom of swing
Arms should be straight at top of swing
Ears visible in front of arms, bottom of kettlebell must point to sky at top of swing

Burpee
Athletes chest and hips must touch the floor
Athletes must complete a two footed jump over erg
Lateral or facing burpees are allowed

Team score will be total time to complete the workout

Athlete one completes the Row/Swing/Burpee before tagging in Athlete 2 to complete Burpee/Swing/Row
