Banded lateral shuffle; 20 reps each side
Lunge + Rotation; 20 reps

B.

Romanian Deadlift; 5 reps; 5 sets; Progressive weight to 80-90% effort


C.

For 15 minutes:

30 Weighted DB Box Step ups

30 Double-Unders

30 Push Press (45/30)

*Maintain a consistent pace throughout
*Controlled breathing and heart rate
*Have a strategy for workout
