Paul Richards’ mission was to complete all of the CrossFit.com Hero Workouts for charity. Since January 9th, he has been completing 3-4 Hero workouts a week on top of the regular phys he has to do for the Marines and regular CrossFit sessions. He has been completing the workouts for Cancer Research UK.
He has done a total of 132 of the Hero Workouts, scaling only 18 of them. The shortest has been 7 minutes and the longest has been a whopping 1hr 53 minutes. In all, it’s taken him roughly 70 hours to complete the lot…so far. He will be finishing his last two on Saturday, ‘Weston’ and, of course, ‘Murph’.
For anyone who has done even one of the Hero WODs, you can appreciate what a mammoth task this has been. Please support Paul through his charity work or, better still, in person on Saturday.
