Handstand walk; 5 metres
Pistols; 5 each side

*Bucking Broncos; 5 reps
*Pistol progressions

B.
In pairs, take 20 minutes to complete 4 sets each of:

i. Pull up; 3 reps; @ 22X2

ii. Floor Press; 8 reps; @ 20X1

*Negative pull ups; 2 reps; 3 sec hold at top + 5 sec lower

C.

For time:

Row 1000 Meters

20 Handstand Push-Ups

30 Dips

40 Push-Ups
