Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes:

Set 1, 4 & 7: Muscle-Ups x Max Reps in 45 seconds

*Progression: 3 ring kips + low ring transitions x 3-4 reps

Set 2, 5 & 8: Handstand Walk x 10 meters

*Progressions: use partner assist or handstand wall walks if you don’t have handstand walks yet


Set 3, 6 & 9:

L-Sit Hold x 45 seconds accumulated time
*Progressions: tuck hold


B.

For time:

25 Burpees
12 Pull-Ups

Rest 1 minute

3 sets
