Gymnastics
On every minute for 9 minutes complete :
Min 1 – 30 sec Toes to bar
Min 2 – 30 sec Hollow rock/arch roll-over
Min 3 – 30 sec Pistols


Capacity

Three rounds for time of:

30 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps (20/15)

15 Pull-Ups

400 Meter Run
