Every minute for 10:
4 Power Cleans (70/50)
Ascending Toes to Bar

*e.g. Min 1 – 4 PC + 1 TTB; Min 2 – 4 PC + 2 TTB etc. Rest remainder of minute after TTB
*continue to add one rep until you cannot complete the TTB within the minute
*time cap of 10 minutes, everyone works for the full cap…
*once cannot finish TTB in minute, rest the next minute then continue with 4 PC + the number of reps on your last successful set of TTB
