10 Barbell Good Mornings
10 Front Squats
10 Push Press
5 Strict Pullups

B. EMOM 10: 2 Deadlift

*Warm up to an approximate 5 rep max weight. Stay at that weight for all the doubles.
*Explosive from the floor, lower slowly & under control on both reps

C. CrossFit Games Open Workout 11.6

As Far As Possible in 7 Minutes:
3 Thrusters, 45/30kg
3 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
6 Thrusters
6 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
9 Thrusters
9 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
Etc.
