Notes
– Session Focus – Aerobic Power
– 85% even, consistent pace, sub-maximal. 100% max effort.
– Technical Preparation – spend the time on improving the movements coming up. The obvious ones like Toes to Bar and CTB Pull-ups, but also Wall Balls, Box Jumps, Thruster. Look for improved movement efficiency.
