2 Snatch @ 80% of 1RM

Then

2 minute AMRAP of
Snatch @ 80% of 1RM

B)
Take 20 minutes to set a Back Squat 1RM

Rest 10 minutes

then

AMRAP @ 85% of Back Squat 1RM

C)
Every 3 minutes row 30 sec max effort
8 sets

Record total metres each set
