Notes
– Session Focus: Aerobic Power
– 85% effort = Even consistent pace throughout all three sets. Heavy, but controlled breathing. Aim for unbroken sets on each element. Constant movement, short rest periods.
– Scale appropriately to achieve this level of effort.
